Warranty on Parts

In the case of a contract between a consumer and a business, the consumer is entitled to a 2-year warranty period starting from the date of receipt of the product. In the event of defective performance, the buyer may request repair, replacement, or, in cases specified by law, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

Warranty

For new durable consumer goods for which the law requires a mandatory warranty, the warranty period depends on the purchase price:

• Between 10,000 and 250,000 HUF: 2 years
• Over 250,000 HUF: 3 years

What is not covered?

• defects resulting from misuse,
• defects resulting from external factors, damage, or breakage,
• defects resulting from improper disassembly, modification, or tuning,
• natural wear and tear, or the wear and tear of consumable or wear parts,
• faults resulting from the use of unsuitable gas, BBs, batteries, chargers, or incompatible accessories.

• order number,
• the exact name of the product,
• a brief description of the error,
• If possible, please provide a photo or video of the issue.
